Is there any way to wrap text in a text box around an image?

The option seems to be disabled when I try and access the options.

No - but you can wrap text around in image in a table cell, which would
provide the same effect.

No. Text boxes are already in the drawing layer, so they can contain only
text and inline objects, nothing wrapped.
