Default Form Letter

Is it possible to pass MS Word a list of names and organizations adn then
just have them feed the proper name etc into a form letter and print it?

What you're asking for is called a "mail merge". There is an extensive
feature in Word for exactly this purpose. Besides looking for it in the
Help, read http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/E...MailMerges.htm.
