Forms based on an Old Template Lock up when Opened in Windows XP
We have hundreds of forms that were based on an old template. We have been
fixing them by attaching a different template. Unfortunately, when we converted to Windows XP from Windows 2000, instead of opening very slowly, they either lock up or blow us out of Word altogether. Is there any way we can get the old template to work in XP without going back to the 2000 operating system? I've tried copying the old template to the XP machine and it didn't seem to make a difference. To add insult to injury, the old template opens fine in XP!! Thanks for the help. Ken K. -- akkrug |
