Is there a way to center vertically?
The text is so easy to center horizontally. Is there some similar
easy way to center vertically? I read something about centering a frame, but did not understand. |

More commonly, you'd want to center text vertically on the page ("File Page Setup... Layout" ... can be done by section, so you might have to create a section if you only want it to apply to a particular page). Or you may want to center it vertically in a table cell (say from the right click [context] menu Cell alignment, or from the Table menu Table properties, Cell tab Vertical alignment). Just be aware that mathematical centering is rarely visually pleasing.
You'll ordinarily want to add some Spacing After so that the text doesn't appear to be too low on the page. -- Suzanne S.
