Default how to embed engineering drawing symbols as objects

If the symbols are coming from a program such as Visio, just copy one in the
other program and paste it into the Word document. Otherwise, save the
symbols as graphic files such as .gif or .jpg and insert them in Word with
Insert Picture From File. If you use the same graphic elements
frequently, you can store them as AutoText entries
