When I'm in Word, I'm trying to insert a text Watermark (draft). I should be
able to go Format, Background, Printed Watermark or Text watermark...and it
doesn't give me that option. I know there is a choice of text options...but I
just have the fill and colours options...can insert a picture...but I do need
the text option...any ideas

The Printed Watermark option was introduced in Word 2002. If you have an
