I've created a custom cover page in Word and I'd like to upload it to the
cover page gallery for use with future documents. When I tried to upload it
using the "Save selection to cover page gallery," I got a blank document. How
do I do this properly?

In the Create New Building Block dialog box, did you remember to select the
contents of the page before creating the Custom Cover Page?
