Create Screen Tips?
Hello all-
I'm trying to create a template for a large "shell" document which is built to satisfy industry regulations. The document is essentially a series of headings, styles and formatting. No problem. For each section of the document, however, I would like to instruct my writers on how to complete the given section by quoting the industry's regulations. In the past, I have typed these "tips" using hidden text and instructed writers to remove the hidden text. I would prefer that such guidance not be typed into the document, but to appear as a Screen Tip (or something similar). With Word 2003, is it possible to create a Screen Tip? Is it possible to hover over a paragraph mark (instead of an Autocomplete field) so that I can give my writers instruction on how to complete the sections of this document? If this isn't possible, does anyone have any other ideas? (Each quoted guideline is a short paragraph in length.) Thanks, everyone. |
