Pages look like the run together with no break in between
Word 2003
Pages look like the run together with no break in between. When you double click the thick black line tht "divides" the page the space between the pages returns. Does anyone know what causes this? |

Pages look like the run together with no break in between
This is a view setting, go to Tools | Options | View Tab and check White

I found that out too! I just want to know what causes it to change - a user
asked me and I have no idea! That setting will be saved with the document.

Pages look like the run together with no break in between
It's a feature. Many people prefer to edit in normal (now draft) view
because it shows are more lines of text per screen load than regular page layout (and maybe because there are fewer formatting distractions). But not everything displays in draft view. So if you need to or prefer to work in page layout view, the ability to turn off the display of headers and footers is a convenience. PamC Tine202 wrote: I found that out too! It's a result of clicking when the mouse pointer is between pages; see
