Default outlook signatures

hi, i am having trouble adding a business logo signature to my outlook
emails. all of the instructions i get mention 'Mail Format tab'. i don't have
this option? i have XP 2003. i can easily add a text signature but can't add
( or cut and paste) a design with text including my logo?

XP 2003? No such critter. Do you have 2002 (aka XP) or 2003?
