In Word, page shows on print preview but doesn't print
In a Word doc, a cover page with graphics shows on the print preview and
shows on the the Print View page. It also shows on the Print Preview. It "disappears" on Normal View and doesn't print from the printer? |

If it is really displayed in Print Preview (not just Print Layout view),
