numbering problem
I've got page x of y in the footer of a mail merge document.
The numbering keeps a cumulative y rather than cutting off at the end of each record. currently reads: record 1 is 3 pages; reads 1 of 6, 2 of 6, 3 of 6 record 2 is 3 pages; reads 4 of 6, 5 of 6, 6 of 6 want it to read: record 1 is 3 pages; reads 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 record 2 is 3 pages; reads 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 Thanks for any help Dave |

numbering problem
In the main document, use a { SECTIONPAGES } field instead of the {
NUMPAGES } field that you have there at the moment. Use Alt+F9 to toggle on the field codes to see the fields. -- Hope this helps.
