i have multiple documents and want to create 1 document out of them including
formats, Is there a simple way to do this

Not if they are based on different templates. If they are all based on the
same template see the boiler.zip file on the downloads page of my web site.
If they are based on different templates, the simplest way to combine them
is to use Adobe Acrobat to create individual PDF files, then combine the
PDFs.
