jpg files blocked by adobe
It is possible to resize an image in a Word file by right-clicking on
the image and left-clicking on Format Picture/Object. But it is not, and has never been, possible to left-click once on a .jpg image in Word and cause the image to enlarge. The error message suggests that the ..jpg file type is incorrectly associated with Adobe Reader, which you can correct as described in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=307859 "How to change file associations in Windows XP". tj wrote: all of a sudden i can't click a jpg image (in word) to enlarge it without the following screen blocking it and stating, "adobe reader could not open IMG....JPG beacuse it is either not a supported file or has been damaged.
