Thank you Suzanne. My thesis advisor put some comments in the margins of a
section I hadn't gotten to yet. I got rid of the comments and the margins are
fine now. Thanks, again. Jennifer

I want to print a document without any gutter margin. When I go to "page
layout" it offers me a choice of gutter margin width, which I have as "O"
inches. This should give me no gutter, but the dicument still has the gutter
margin when printed. How do I get rid of it? Thanks for any insight!

Is "Mirror margins" selected? If so, is the Inside margin larger than the
Outside?

No, mirror margins were not sekected. I selected "narrow margins". But I'm
thinking now that maybe it's just the template that I'm trying to modify. I
want to print a Microsoft Office basic 2009 calendar template, but with very
narrow margins all around.

The calendar will be set up as a table, and the table width won't change
when you change your margins unless you set the table width to 100%.
