Default capitalization

I need to capitalize the first letter of a sentence after a number. It
reverts back to lower case, even though I have the tool chosed to capitalize
the first letter of each word. I am a medical transcriptionst and use this a
lot! Thanks

See €śWord does not capitalize the first letter of a sentence€ť
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291538

You'll have to exert yourself to use the Shift key manually.
