Default cannot find some of the fonts in fonts list

Had used font: Bankgothic and an another, in Word & Excel. They disappeared
from drop-down list of all programs. However when cursor is refering to the
text in that fonts, the window of fonts showed name of the lost fonts. The
text with the fonts could not be printed or faxed etc. And lately same
happened to font:Complex...Pl. Help

Are the fonts still installed in the Windows Fonts folder? A document will
display in the Font box whatever font was applied to text even if it can't
display or print it. Another font (supposedly similar) will be substituted
for display and printing.

Then you will have to reinstall them if you want to use them.

Do you mean system restore? Or there is any other options?

No, I mean that in the Fonts folder, you will have to use File | Install New
Font and then navigate to the location of your fonts. Bank Gothic is not
supplied with any Microsoft product, so it must have come with something
else you have (or had) on your computer.

System Restore is a blunt instrument, not suitable for this limited
kind of problem unless you know exactly when the font files were
removed.

A better method is to go to Start Settings Control Panel
Add/Remove Programs, click the Change button to start the Office setup
program, choose "Add or Remove Features", choose "Advanced
customization", expand the "Office Shared Features" icon, and set the
Fonts icon to "Run from my computer". Then click the Update button.

If the Fonts item was already set to "Run from my computer", then on
the first page of the setup program choose "Reinstall or Repair" and
then "Detect and repair errors in my Office installation".
