Wizard crashes Word with catastrophic failure
i have Word 2000 on an XP sp1, and when i use the calendar wizard, it crashes
Word. i get an error message from Microsoft Visual Basic: System error &H8000FFFF (-2147418113). Catastrophic failure. another box tells me there is problem with module vbe6.dll. i have tried deleting normal.dot. i have tried repairing Office and also uninstalling/reinstalling Office. i have tried deleting vbe6.dll and reinstalling Office. my antivirus isn't checking the Word document. the error even occurs when i run Word /a from the run box. the error still occurs if i upgrade to office 2003. any other suggestions? TIA, mark |
