Default Capture Words

I have a letter file which got a lot of pages. Each letter I start with my
Reference no. I wish to capture all the Reference as a list in another file,
and it will be updated automatically everytime when I issue a new letter.

Default Capture Words

Hi ?B?S2VsdmluIExlZQ==?=,

I have a letter file which got a lot of pages. Each letter I start with my
Reference no. I wish to capture all the Reference as a list in another file,
and it will be updated automatically everytime when I issue a new letter.

Something like this will require a programmed solution. Based on the
information you give here, it's difficult to say exactly what that would
entail. You could hire someone to do this for you, or you could try asking in a
word.vba group for assistance if you think you'd like to program this yourself.

If you do decide to try it, you need to provide more information, beginning
with the version of Word. You should then describe exactly how these letters
are generated and managed, including details about the Reference no. You should
also say in what kind of file (Word, Excel, a database) the Reference no. needs
to be stored, in addtion, along with what other kinds of information.
