Default Print Layout View

When viewing my documents in Print View, I can only see the first page of the
document. If I switch to Normal View, I can see the subsequent pages. Also,
when using Print Preview or Print commands, the first page is the only page
that prints.

I can see and edit additional pages in Normal view only.

Go to Format | Columns and click on the icon for One. Even if it is already
selected, click on it anyway. If that solves the problem, you'll need to do
this in Normal.dot; see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...alTemplate.htm

If it doesn't work, does your document involve tables or text boxes?
