Converting html pages into Word 2007 via Clipboard
Since Pepita is a third-party font, not one that comes with Windows or
Office, it's hard to say what might be invoking it. Maybe some add-in or a style you have defined for some other purpose... The first thing to do is to go to Office button Word Options Advanced "Cut, copy, and paste" and set the "Pasting from other programs" dropdown to "Match Destination Formatting". As a second possibility, when you paste, if you see a small icon of a clipboard with the tooltip "Paste Options", click it and choose either "Match destination formatting" or "Keep text only". If you don't see the icon, then go back to the same place in the options and check the box for "Show Paste Options buttons". -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
