Default I have lost all tool bars on word how do I restore them?

Literally there are no toolbars, so I can't follow any of the suggestions in
microsoft help about right clicking on a toolbar. Please help!!

Default I have lost all tool bars on word how do I restore them?

Try pressing the ESC key, just in case you got into Full Screen View by
accident. Also, move your pointer to the top edge of the window... if there
is a Menu Bar you can rt-clk it just like a toolbar (both menus & toolbars
are part of the Command Bar family).
