How may I produce a 'no print/no copy' Word document with unrestricted
read-only rights?
I have tried using the features in MS Information Rghts Management.
Although the Read-Only feature prevents printing or copying, it seems that
those with reading rights most be specified by email address. Is there a way
to allow reading rights to everyone (a la PDF)?

No. IRM requires an IRM server (Windows 2003), either in-house or on the
Internet (like the MS trial version). That means one can either use registered
users on the domain (in-house) or MS Passport (on the Internet). And in order to
use Passport, you have to have the Passport email address of the person.
