Default Sharing Autotext entries with multiple staff on same network Word

We have multiple staff who all need to have the same Autotext entries (Legal
descriptions, which are updated frequently); how can I set these Autotext
entries to be accessible to all, and update them in one place?

Default Sharing Autotext entries with multiple staff on same network Word

You could create a template (.dot) in which you store the AutoTexts.
Distribute the template to the users as an add-in. If the template is stored
in the Word Startup folder, it will automatically be loaded as an add-in each
time Word is opened. AutoTexts (plus toolbars and macros) in all loaded
add-ins are available to all documents. Currently loaded add-ins are listed
and have a checkmark in Tools Templates and Add-Ins.

When changes are needed, prepare a new copy of the template including the
changes. It is possible to have the updated version distributed automatically
if you wish.
