How do I make the printer trays appear when I am using MS word?
After selecting file, page set-up, then paper the only option I am getting
for paper source is default tray and form select. The printer is also connected to a domain. Can anyone help me with my problem? |

How do I make the printer trays appear when I am using MS word?
Is the printer selected as active or default printer?
Check that the printer driver offers the functions you require.
