Default How do I make the printer trays appear when I am using MS word?

After selecting file, page set-up, then paper the only option I am getting
for paper source is default tray and form select. The printer is also
connected to a domain. Can anyone help me with my problem?

Is the printer selected as active or default printer?
Check that the printer driver offers the functions you require. Word only
offers what the driver has available.
