Default Envelope Wizard in Microsoft Word

Whenever I use the Envelope Wizard in Microsoft Word to print out envelopes,
it doesn't use black ink. It uses the color cartridge to create a faded
black. How do I make it use black ink, without forcing the printer to print
in black and white?

You might try selecting the text, right-clicking, choosing Font..., and then
selecting Black instead of Automatic for the font color.

In that case, all I can suggest is that you replace the color cartridge.
