Default Convert Excel Object to Picture to save file size

Hi there,

I am creating a template for a newsletter I will send out monthly.

I have excel charts inserted and want them updated automatiucally so have
pasted them as an excel chart. Howevere, when I send the newsletter I do not
want the whole spreadsheet to be sent.

Is there a way to convert the excel charts to pictures quickly and easily?
For eg I use the Ctrl+Shift+F9 to remove links from tables and that works
great.

Thanks

Why not generate the final edition of the newsletter as a PDF & send it as
an attachment? I'm assuming you do want it to display for the recipients as
you've designed it & that you don't intend for them to modify it.

Try taking a screen shot. I use Snipping Tool in Windows 7.
