I am creating a master document and would like to include hidden comments to
assist when completing it. I have seen comments appear as the cursor moves
over a certain point and then disappear once past this point but cannot work
out how to do this.

Hi Den,

View | Toolbars Reviewing
Use the Insert Comment button.

You may have to select Never in Tools | Options... | tab Track Changes | Use
Balloons (Print and Web Layout) to prevent your comments from showing up as
balloons.

Good luck,
Cooz

Thanks for your response - however I want the actually information to appear
as you move the mouse over a certain point (just as a prompt on perhaps how
to complete that particular section) - I am uncertain how to achieve this.

What I had seen was in Adobe - does word have something similar to the
commenting available in Adobe?

Insert; Comment. The comments will display when you hover your
mouse over them unless the defaults have been changed.

Also, the defaults have to be adjusted for every PC sharing the document
