Default Email editor

Im a microsoft licence expert and have a customer who needs to know can word
2002 be used as an email editor in outlook 2003 and if so how, when you go to
tools,options and mail format there is no option to use word 2002 as email
editor???????????

My understanding is that the versions of Word and Outlook need to be the
same. That may not always have been the case, but I am fairly certain that
it is with Outlook 2003.

I can't imagine however why anyone would want to use Word as an email
editor.
