Creating PDF from Word--Including Drop Down Menu
I have a Word 2003 doc, which someone else created, and includes a couple
drop down menus. I need to export to PDF and keep those drop down menu options. Every time I select convert to PDF, it creates a PDF without the drop down options. (It just uses the top choice in each drop down menu.) If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. Please post any suggestions you have or feel free to email me directly. Thanks. -Brad |

Creating PDF from Word--Including Drop Down Menu
Hi Brad
Until recently, a PDF file was an entirely "static" file - apart from hyperlinks, there was no way for the user to interact with the PDF file. The most recent version of Adobe Acrobat allows you to create PDF files that are forms to be filled in. See http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatpro/ for more information. Hope this helps.
