Pros of each format when pasting data tables from Excel to Word
Where can I find information about the best choice of format for pasting
Excel tables (of data) into Word? I am compiling a large thesis and want to choose the most efficient format for the numerous data tables which will be imbeded in the doc. I will be keeping the original datasets in Excel, but want to use the best format for keeping size of the final doc down and ensuring the formatting doesn't get messy whilst the document is being edited, referenced and repaginated. Does anyone have the pros and cons of using RTF versus MS Word Doc Object versus picture files (2 types: Windows and Enhanced). (I don't need to reformat or edit the data once pasted). Cheers. |
