Time Format
Hi;
Have been searching for a way to format time in a mail merge. The data source comes from Access 2k. It now displays 09:05:00AM, need it to display 9:05am. Can this be done? Would someone be so kind to point me in the correct direction. Andy |

Add a formatting switch to the field eg {mergefield fieldname \@ "h:mm
