How do I stop losing formtext fields when mail merging a document
I have created a form document that contains formtext fields and dropdown
fields. I want to add individual data using a mail merge from Excel CSV file. The merge works fine however only the dropdown fields appear in the new merged document. The formfields are lost. |

You have to use code - see e.g.
