Default How do I protect a block of data splitting at end of column

I am producing a Word Directory of name, addresses, and contact numbers. It
is formatted in two columns and I want to be sure the block of data for each
person is not split at the end of the column to the top of the next column.

I seem to recall there is a "block protect" feature, but I can't locate it.
Any help appreciated.

Thanks

A couple of ways to do this:

1. Format the paragraphs into which the mergefields are entered so that
they have the "Keep with next" property checked. However, do not do this
for the last paragraph.

2. Insert the mergefields into a one cell table and via TableProperties,
set it so that the row does not break across a page.

Hope this helps.
