How do I get a section of text to NOT print
I am making a document (.doc) for people to download off the web (kind of a
template). I have suggested what text they might include in their finished document. They'll type their info in the areas I've asked them to address, and then save it to their computer. I have instructions typed onto this document, but I don't want those to print if they should print out the original from my website. How do I tell Word not to print a section of text within the document, but it is still visible on screen? |

How do I get a section of text to NOT print
In this case, I would use hidden text, but at your web, tell people they
must turn on viewing hidden text to see your instructions. ************ Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "dormouse" wrote in message ...
