Mailmerge Toolbar Button Disabled
I seem to have inadvertently disabled the mailmerge toolbar button View Merge

Mailmerge Toolbar Button Disabled
For the button to be active, the active document must be a mailmerge
document with a data source attached to it and with at least one merge field in the document. Do you have that? -- Hope this helps.
