Default mail merge

I have 2 column word documents and when I do a mail merge from excel it drop
the first name on every page.
And when you are importing 500 names this can be a problem. Does anybody
have any suggestions? I 'am using Office 2003
Thanks.

Default mail merge

You have a next record field at the end or beginning of the page (or in the
first cell of a label merge) that is not required.
