Default Printed selected panels in word template

Hi there,

I'm trying to make a sales quote form that I can type in various points eg
"To enclose item £xx" then another one like "to enclose additional items £xx"
and so on, and I want them only to print if i click on check box, but I also
want them to move them up so that there aren't any unsightly gaps between
each point.

Is this possible in Word, and if not, can you suggest another Office program
that would?

Thanks in advance, I'm really stumped!

Word will do this but will require some userform programming to gather the
data to be entered. Start with Word MVP FAQ - Userforms
