Word is opening a previous document by the same name!
I have a co-worker who is opening documents from another program. The
documents in the program are using the the following format name##. The name is always the same, but the numbers are reused at a certain point. What is hapening is when the numbers are reused her maching is opening the document that last used that number instead of opening the latest. This dosen not happen if there is a document has a longer name or different name than what was used before. We can not change the file name format the document comes in. I need help to figure out where this is coming from. It only happens on her machine. HELP! Thanks, Ben |
