Default Word 2003

I am currently using Word 2000.
Next month, we are up-grading to MS 2003. I use Word a lot and would like
to buy a good reference book. Can anyone suggest a good book that is easy to
understand for this program and/or the rest of the MS 2003 office programs?
Also, are there any problems with Word 2000 files converting to Word 2003?
