Thumbs up Answer: How do you swap pages in Word?

Yes, it is possible to swap pages and all associated content in Word without cutting and pasting. Here's how you can do it:
  1. Open your Word document and go to the page you want to move.
  2. Click on the "Page Layout" tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on the "Breaks" button in the "Page Setup" section of the ribbon.
  4. Select "Next Page" under "Section Breaks."
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 for the page you want to swap with.
  6. Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
  7. Click on "Navigation Pane" in the "Show" section of the ribbon.
  8. The Navigation Pane will appear on the left side of the screen. Click on the "Pages" tab.
  9. Find the pages you want to swap and click and drag them to their new location.
  10. Once you have moved the pages to their new location, you can delete the section breaks you added in steps 3-4.

That's it! Your pages and all associated content should now be swapped without the need for cutting and pasting.
