Access 2000 mail merge from a conditional query
I am using access 2000 and word 2000 for a client databse. One of the
fucntions is to send out birthday letters. Currently there is a single query that runs the queries for the month, with the user supplying the month (1,2,3...12). The problem is that I am not able to pull up that query as a datasource when performing the mail merge. Do I need to create a 12 new queries for each month or is there another way for this to fly?
