Default How to find text in Word in reverse direction: edit find previous

Help!
I am looking for a hotkey to find previous.
I know that Shift+F4 is find next.
I know how to create my own hotkeys.
But, I can't find the command for find previous.
I would expect "Edit" - "Find" - "Previous" (or "Reverse").
- Thanks, David

Hi David,

The command that Shift+F4 is assigned to is RepeatFind, not FindNext (there
isn't any FindNext command). In the Find dialog, if you click the More
button and then set the Search dropdown to "Up", then both the Find Next
button in the dialog and the Shift+F4 shortcut will go to the previous
occurrence instead of the next one. That is, Shift+F4 only repeats whatever
you set in the dialog.

However, once you've done a search, the "browse object" (the small circle
and up/down arrows at the bottom of the vertical scroll bar) is set to the
Find What expression. Then the Ctrl+PageUp and Ctrl+PageDown shortcuts and
the browse arrows will go to the previous and next occurrences. The browse
object remains assigned to the Find until you change it to something else
(page, section, table, etc.).
