How 'show section breaks' without 'show all'
Does anyone have a way to show the section breaks in a document without
having to use the 'show all' check on the Tools Options View menu? I find the space dots distracting but really need to see the section breaks to control the formatting. Thanks Jim T |

Sorry, there is no way to do that at the moment although it has been
requested. -- Enjoy, Tony "Jim Tortorelli" schreef in bericht ... What version are you asking about? In Word 2003, section breaks are
displayed even when no other nonprinting characters (formatting marks) are displayed, at least in Normal view. It does appear that they are not displayed in Print Layout view, however (section breaks can be difficult to see in Print Layout view in any case). -- Suzanne S. There is no check box for "Section breaks," however, and checking any of the
other boxes doesn't work; only "All" is effective. -- Suzanne S.
