Autopopulate fields
I type from home. I have created a very basic template that allows me to
fill in the date, name to, patient name and number, and dear so/and/so, etc, on page one. When I get to page two, I have to copy and paste the patient name and identifying code number on each report. It is very timeconsuming. I have looked and looked but cannot find anything that will help this autopopulate into the header of page two. I have a field that automatically numbers the page in the center of the subsequent pages header but cannot get ANY autopopulate to work for me. Can you please help? see: { } {PAGE} A/N: { } My subsequent pages, have headers which I now manually enter the name and number, and it assigns a page number Jones, john 2 A/N: 144-44-4324 It takes an awful lot of my time, on every report, to manually put in the name and a/n number, even with cutting and pasting. Is there a way I can automate this for me, without making myself crazier than I now feel after reading pages and pages of instructions? If you could direct me or answer me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks very much. L. |
