Unable to locate TEXT Box in document
I have one text box in a complex word document that I've been unable to
locate. I have an object number for it. Any suggestions as to how I can find it. I think it's extraneous to the document, but can't find it to verify. Thanks in advance. Barb Reinhardt |

Look for a vertical or horizontal black line somewhere in the area where the
text box used to appear. Click on that and you will find the collapsed box, which you can restore with the mouse. "Barb R." wrote in message ... You can use EditGo to and set the Go To What: to either graphic or object as
appropriate. That may expedite locating it. HTH |:) "Richard Neville" wrote: Look for a vertical or horizontal black line somewhere in the area where the text box used to appear. Since I don't know where it used to be, that makes it a bit difficult. I
inherited these documents recently and am trying to clean them up. "Richard Neville" wrote: Look for a vertical or horizontal black line somewhere in the area where the text box used to appear. OK, I know that it's Text Box 56081. How do I find that?

I was able to find the text box by turning on "Track Changes" and making a
modification to the text box. "CyberTaz" wrote: You can use EditGo to and set the Go To What: to either graphic or object as appropriate. That may expedite locating it.
