REMOVE HARD CARRIAGE RETURNS IN A PARAGRAPH?
Try replacing ^p with ^l (new para with new line). This will collapse the
whole document to one paragraph, which is maybe not what you want. Sometimes the following spell works better replace all ^p^p with #### (or some other rare pattern) replace all ^p with ^l replace all #### with ^p^p How does that look "Dwight" wrote: I lost my data and fortunately I emailed myself a copy but the copy from the email hase t hard carriage returns after each line. I have a document of some 300 pages and it will be tiresome to go through the entire document nd remove the hard return. How or is there a way to get around this |
