Default How do I correctly adjust the settings for custom size envelope?

I cannot correctly adjust the setting to print custom size envelopes. I am
trying to print them for Christmas cards. The envelopes are 5.25" x 7.5"

Word does not work well with custom paper sizes, so the best plan is to use
the next larger standard envelope size and create a template. Use the
margins to make up the difference so that when printed the elements are in
the right place. If you apply the Envelope Address paragraph style to the
address area you can drag the associated frame around until it sits where
you want.
