Mail Merge Using Contacts does not allow Rich Text
I'm using Word XP to do a mail merge of a letter on my company letterhead.
I'm using Contacts in Outlook as my data source. When I merge to e-mail, I lose my letterhead. . .the only thing that comes through is the text. Any ideas? -- cjc |

Word, create a new document from your letterhead template and add the merge fields into that document. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Cjc wrote: I'm using Word XP to do a mail merge of a letter on my company letterhead.
