Default Track changes: Accepting all changes?

My Word help tells me that it should be possible to accept all changes in a
document at once, by clicking on the small arrow sign to the right of
Accept Change, and then choosing Accept all changes in the document.

However, when I click on the little arrow nothing happens, and no text shows
up.

What can the reason be - and is there a remedy?

(I'm using Office 2004, with Windows XP SP 2.)

Oops... it's actually Office/Word 2003, of course.
